Cut & Paste is not your average design competition. Instead of people submitting their final pieces of work to be reviewed by a judge, the competitors at cut & paste perform their design in front of a live audience, following their every Wacom stroke and "cmd-z". John Fiorelli is the founder and talks about how he demystifies the design process.
