"David Girhammar is a specialist in the words true meaning"? Isn't it the other way around?

I have to say that david is spot on. It's also refreshing to see someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously.

Oh well he has a pretty good take on the current state of things, although his view is a bit pessimistic, and I think he's right, it does not necessarily means the end for what he called "specialists". As a matter of fact I believe people will return to craftsmanship at some point, the need for crafts will just be there as it always have...and people will eventually realize it takes a lot of work to master one's trade.
We are just too distracted right now because we have too many tools, too many choices and we don't know yet how to use properly those, so we end up being constantly looking for new things, constantly distracted, incapable of paying attention and efforts to one thing because this is boring...As most people will get nowhere, the need for specializing and working hard at one craft will emerge soon enough.
I'm not worried the least about generalists nor specialists...
